At Voltas, we strive to ensure your home is perfectly equipped; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and unused condition to ensure a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Voltas account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
